HADAF Center For Human Rights organized a workshop under the title" Challenges Facing Tolerance In The Palestinian Society " targeting ( 40 ) female and male youth from university students and volunteers, within activities of its project " Promoting Youth's Rights And Civic Engagement " funded by ( EU & NHRF ).
The workshop stated by a presentation from Dr. Yusef Safi ( HADAF's Executive Manager ) through which he welcomed guests and participants, stressing the need for promoting the culture of tolerance in the Palestinian Society as cornerstone for building, reform, and development.

He added that the developed and civilized countries in the world have adopted tolerance as a major principles and a way of life. Moreover he expressed his sorrow dissemination of the culture of violence in our houses, schools, universities and even in our political parties which is considered a great challenge that threatens our present and future and destroys our hopes, ambitions and aspirations.

After open discussion among participants, the following conclusions were reached:

1. Educational institutions should play a bigger role in enhancing tolerance culture among citizens.
2. Partisan media is a great threat on the Palestinian society .
3. Importance of raising awareness of parents on tolerance culture.
4. Importance of conducting as awareness campaign to enhance the culture of tolerance among youth, and specifically university students.
