HADAF Center For Human Rights welcome the decision of Human Rights Council adopting the report of United Nations mission for facts finding under the presidency of the judge Gholdstone, which was issued with approval of ( 25 ) countries, refusal of ( 6 ) countries, and refrain of ( 11 ) countries, and absence of Britain, and France within the meeting of the council in its extraordinary session on Friday 16.10.2009.
In this context, HADAF appreciates the effective Palestinian role that was able to get the report back to the Human Rights Council, and appreciates also the Egyptian national and responsible role supportive to the Palestinian people's of voting on the decision, and also appreciates efforts of the Arab and Islamic Group, and efforts of human rights institutions, and civil society institutions which mobilized support for this decision which HADAF stress its welcome for adopting the decision. It stresses the necessity of continuous efforts of the Arab and Islamic  Group, and specifically the Palestinian efforts in the framework the united Palestinian position to mobilize the biggest support for adopting this decision in the different relevant international institutions so as to ensure enforcing recommendations of Gholdstone report towards, realizing the desired justice .
